Where in the US can you get free sex change surgery?

I think they should be cheaper because how does the US expect the people to enjoy their jobs when they don't even like themselves. So i was wondering where you can get free or cheap sex changes and are safe. Its stupid to pay thousands of dollars just to dig a hole in you for a vagina or build a mountain to make a penis. It really does seem it should cost so much to do. So i was just wondering where you can get it done cheap or free, preferably, and is safe in the US?
